I love food and I love sugar…yes, I said it. But wanting sugar does not have to turn into a dietary misstep or a binge. There are many secrets I'll discuss to fight and prevent sugar cravings. This week I’ll focus on the cheapest and easiest and that is to begin the day with drinking something sour. Drinking something sour seems to immediately decrease hunger which makes it much easier to make better food choices.
