I love food and I love sugar…yes, I said it. But wanting sugar does not have to turn into a dietary misstep or a binge. There are many secrets I'll discuss to fight and prevent sugar cravings. This week I’ll focus on the cheapest and easiest and that is to begin the day with drinking something sour. Staying on track with healthy eating while traveling helps keep your energy up, your weight stable and creates a “no excuse” attitude, so you don’t have to diet when you get home…you just keep up your healthy routine no matter where you are.
So, it’s dinner time. It’s 29 degrees outside and you usually make a salad for dinner because that always sounds like the healthiest option and keeps you on track with eating veggies. Well a salad doesn’t sound very good when you are cold to the bone and had a 60 minute commute home in the ice and snow.
